Our original line of knives is made from high-carbon AEB-L stainless steel for an edge that holds and gets razor-sharp for fine precision work. A welded stainless steel bolster provides additional balance and stability. The buckeye burl handles are stabilized to prevent warping and shows a wide range of color and pattern variation in the grain. These high-quality knives have an elegant and curvaceous handle for continuous comfort and maximum control.

Buckeye burl varies in color and grain structure and may vary from the displayed photo, as each piece of wood is unique. All of our knives are handmade in Reno, NV.
