I had been eyeing these knives for a few years and decided finally to pull the plug. 40+ year-old steak knives from a first marriage were not cutting it anymore! The knives are beautiful with the color combination being fairly close to my Desert Dawn knives. I like the styling of the AG47 steak knives better. They are very chunky in ones hand and not delicate in the least. Very substantial and they slice through a thick filet like butter.

I picked up this knife to upgrade from a shorter knife. I'm really enjoying this knife so far, the handle is very comfortable, it's light and durable, and the curved edges on the spine are great for chopping. It holds its edge pretty well in the month I've used it. Would highly recommend this company for any knife needs.

These steak knives arrived in a nice wood box that will be perfect for storing them. The handles look great, feel good in hand, and cut perfectly. I’ll be adding another set or two.

The customer service with this company is second to none. I didn't realize they were closed on Fridays and I was hoping to pick up my knife before the long Memorial Day weekend. I reached out on social media and they arranged someone to meet me at the shop to pick up my knife! This knife was the talk of the BBQ. Beautiful craftsman's ship and cant believe how sharpe and light it is. I will be adding more to my collections soon.

My new work horse. The most used knife in my roll. Whatever station I'm in that day this knife always gets the job done, even feels super comfortable when I'm doing brunoise Shallots to butchering some beef or fish. Getting another one for sure.

I bought my son in law the classic chef knives for Christmas then the bread knives for his birthday. Beautiful craftsmanship. So then I bought myself the Desert Dawn collection. Love them.
