    • Dry your knife completely using an absorbent towel. We find paper towels work the best.

    Important Information: All stainless steel contains some level of carbon, which is important for sharpness and performance. Because of this, light hueing can develop on stainless steel if not cleaned and dried properly.

    Makes great precision works when cutting small tasks. My only complaint that this material knife feels too light on my hand. The grip of the handle feels somewhat awkward but not a fan of the weight and the feel of the knife. The material feels all plastic. Not a fan of this serie of the “exo blue”. The design looks very appealing like the ‘Baja 8.5 inch chef knife” I have back at home. Just needs more work of the weight and the blade itself doesn’t feel like real steel..

The knife is made of Nitro-V Stainless Steel, same as the Baja, but has a Cerakote finish on the blade, which is a high-quality polymer ceramic coating that helps with durability.
