Large 9" Cleaver - Classic
A classic, characterized by its distinctive thick blade used to break down meat.
Inspired by antique cleavers, ours are tough and heavy to get you through any serious butcher job, and are primarily intended for segmenting larger cuts of meat. With a 9" blade this is the largest, and therefore, heaviest of our Town Cutler cleavers.
Buckeye burl varies in color and grain structure and may vary from the displayed photo, as each piece of wood is unique.
Our handmade cleavers feature a rustic finish on the blade-face which displays the natural markings of the steel.
