#6000 Grit Whetstone
These #6000 grit whetstones are made especially for us in Japan and are one of our favorites for getting that razor-sharp edge on a knife blade. Polishing and daily honing on this superfine stone will leave your blade edge mirrored and clean of any burrs, without over polishing or removing too much steel.
#6000 grit whetstone can refine your knife edge and is the highest you need to go if sharpening for cutting meat.
*This Japanese water stone needs no soaking. Just splash a little water on and you’re ready to go!
