A robust design that exudes a feeling of richness and confidence.

Our Classic steak knife collection harkens back to traditional steakhouse knives with its old-school and instantly recognizable shape. The knife features a curved, non-serrated blade shape with a swept-up tip and a full-bodied handle with clean lines. A natural pairing alongside rich and timeless steakhouse cuts where a heftier or more significant knife is desired. With a blade height of nearly 1.5”, it can handle thicker cuts with ease.

Our handcrafted buckeye burl wood steak knives are more than just the best knife for steak; their razor-sharp edge will cleanly cut through poultry, pork, fleshier fish, and game with ease and without feeling like “too much knife.” Non-serrated steak knives give you cleaner cuts that keep the meat fibers intact and hold in the juices.

Found at steakhouses and restaurants across the country, our handmade steak knives provide exceptional quality, durability, and aesthetics for any table.

We use premium, high-quality materials like Nitro-V stainless steel and stabilized buckeye burl, so you can enjoy these knives for many years to come. Each steak knife set of 4 comes with a walnut box with magnetic closure for storage.

* Handles vary in color and grain structure and may differ from the displayed photo, as each piece of wood is unique.

Knife Care

Following proper care and maintenance will help prolong the life of your knife and ensure excellent performance.

  • Always keep your knife dry and clean!
  • Hand wash with warm soapy water. No abrasive sponges.
  • Never put your knife in the dishwasher or leave it soaking in water.
  • Dry your knife completely using an absorbent towel. We find paper towels work the best.

Important Information: All stainless steel contains some level of carbon, which is important for sharpness and performance. Because of this, light hueing can develop on stainless steel if not cleaned and dried properly.

Knife Sharpening

A sharp knife is always safer than a dull knife.

When your knife starts to feel dull, it's time to have it sharpened. Learn more about knife sharpening for Town Cutler knives.
