If our 8.5" Chef knife is the "workhorse," our 7.5" Chopper is the "bull." This unique kitchen knife has the thinness and balance of a chef knife to accomplish any job but with added blade height, which helps with straight and accurate cuts. The 27.5° drop-point is not only visually appealing; it is fantastic for precision work at the tip.

Work of art!

WOW! Well, this Desert Dawn chopper is my third work of art I have received from Town Cutler, and as always, I am blown away! The craftsmanship they put into each piece is amazingly awesome!! I swear, I honestly wish I had been getting all my pieces from TC, just so my collection would be beautifully stunning. But anywho, I will mos-def be back for a few more knives to add to my block. Again, thank you sooo much Town Cutler, for the wonderful works of art you produce, as well as your top notch customer service!!!
