These stones are made in Japan for us. This #6,000 grit stone is one of our favorites for getting that razor sharp edge. Polishing and daily honing on the stone will leave your edge mirrored and clean of any burrs, without over polishing or removing too much steel. This stone is used daily in out San Francisco shop and holds up to over 300 knives a week!
