Return Policy

Returns 

We offer returns for most items within 14 days of purchase. Returns may be issued as a refund, store-credit, or exchange.

Holiday Returns: We will honor returns and exchanges of holiday purchases through January 15.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. 

Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, custom, monogrammed, and engraved items. We are unable to accept returns on knives and products from Wilburn Forge, Auxiliary Manufacturing, Diligent Knives, and Adam Sigal.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Shipping

All shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you need to return an item, Town Cutler will issue you a return shipping label and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total return.

All returned items must be in their original product packaging and securely packaged for shipment. If you are uncertain how to re-package and ship the items back, please contact us at info@towncutler.com.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned merchandise. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Town Cutler reserves the right to charge up to a 10% restocking fee on all returns.

If your return is approved for a refund, it will be processed promptly and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take 3-5 business days for your bank to process our refund request.

If we have confirmed that we have processed your refund, but you have not yet received it, we first suggest double checking your bank or credit card account. If the refund has not yet posted, contact your bank or credit card company directly. There is often a processing period for returned funds and it may take some time before your refund officially posts to your account. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@towncutler.com

 

Damaged Items

In the event that an item is damaged in transit or is defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of the item. Contact us at info@towncutler.com and we will reply with instructions.

If you believe your merchandise to be damaged or defective, we may need to inspect it before issuing a refund or replacement.

If you believe your item was damaged in transit please keep all packing materials. The shipping carrier may require the original shipping box and packaging materials for any claim to be made.
