I bought these for my husband for a gift and he has been raving about them. He rarely used a pairing knife in the past, now it has become his favorite one to use because it cuts so well. The design is more gorgeous in person. Make sure to read the care instructions, and clean when cutting citrus. We found out the hard way!

Aside from its utility, the knife is beautifully crafted and superbly balanced. I love the look and feel of the ironwood handle.
